Coming Soon – The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander servicemen and women will be officially recognised with a dedicated war memorial in Brisbane’s ANZAC Square. The design will become the first memorial monument to officially recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander servicemen and women in Queensland. These digital renders and 3d printed maquette’s created by our in house digital artist represent what shall eventually be immortalised in bronze. The Statue links traditional symbology and represents Army, Navy, Airforce and Medical Services.

This Memorial is important for recognising the sacrifices and contributions made by indigenous people and their stories, and will bridge the culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their contributions to our shared military history.
